1. About TRVL

TRVL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-powered trip-planning tool that generates travel itineraries, estimates prices, and surfaces booking links for informational purposes. TRVL is a planning tool only and does not act as a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All itineraries, recommendations, descriptions, and suggestions generated by TRVL are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or fabricated details. You must independently verify all information—including prices, hours, availability, and venue details—directly with the relevant provider before making any booking or travel decision.

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

3. Prices and Availability

Price estimates shown on TRVL are sourced from third-party APIs (including Aviasales/Travelpayouts, Booking.com, Google Places, and live search data) and are estimates only. Actual prices charged by providers may differ. TRVL has no control over provider pricing, availability, or booking terms. You are solely responsible for confirming prices and availability before making any purchase.

4. Third-Party Bookings

Booking links on TRVL redirect to third-party websites (airlines, hotels, activity providers, etc.). TRVL is not a party to any transaction you enter into with those third parties. We are not liable for:

• Cancellations, delays, or changes made by the provider
• Inaccurate descriptions on third-party sites
• Losses arising from third-party bookings
• Failure to obtain necessary visas, travel documents, or insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

TRVL offers free and paid (“Concierge”) subscription tiers. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the selected billing interval.
